The Health Advantage received Registered Training Organization (RTO) status during December 2007. We offer accredited training courses in areas that, in the past, were information only type courses. The Health Advantage provides educational services in the area of drug and alcohol testing, manual handling, ergonomics, psychological stress management, fatigue management and heat stress awareness. The Health Advantage also provides advice on the technical aspects of drug and alcohol policy and can provide assistance in writing such policies Now, as the courses are developed we can offer expert training that leads to a qualification or a Statement of Attainment in units of competency that can be put to a certificate or diploma course at a future time. One of the first RTO's in Australia to offer a nationally accredited training course that will qualify collectors and testers to perform their role - this course, 30672QLD "A Course in Alcohol and Drug Monitoring in the Workplace" can be conducted on site, at your location or at our training rooms in Toowoomba, Qld.
