Electrocardiograms (or ECG)

ECG's or electrocardiograms are an important way of assessing a person's heart health. The Health Advantage offers this service, on the occasions where it is required, using state of the art interpretative electrocardiogram equipment. This equipment uses an interpretive programme to analyse the electrocardiogram. Of course, computers as you know are not always right and every electrocardiogram is reviewed by one of The Health Advantage Doctors, each of whom have over forty years' experience in interpreting electrocardiograms. When an abnormality is found the finding is interpreted in the light of the person's occupation in order for an informed decision to be made as to what course of action is required. Electrocardiograms are used in a number of assessments of safety critical workers, for example, those who are pilots or train drivers.
