What we offer

Over the past twenty years The Health Advantage has dedicated itself to providing a full suite of occupational health services to its company clients. 

The Health Advantage provides an employer with a full range of assessments. Some assessments like pre-employment assessments are generic and cover a range of industries but we also provide industry specific assessments, for example oil and gas workers in the Surat Basin require a “Safer Together” assessment. Not only can The Health Advantage conduct the Safer Together assessment we can combine assessments in order to reduce the cost to the employer. An example of this would be a Pre-employment Assessment done at the same time as a Safer Together Assessment, the total cost for this would be approximately 35% less than conducting each assessment separately. We use the same process for the transport industry where a Pre-employment Medical can be conducted in conjunction with a Truck Safe Fatigue Management Assessment with similar cost savings.

In the area of mining both Doctors O’Regan and Madden are qualified AMA’s under RSHQ Guidelines and are therefore able to provide a complete service to mining sector employers. When conducting statutory assessments, for example, the Coal Mine Workers Health Surveillance Assessment we can provide the completed documentation to the employer without the use of intermediatory companies. 

Rail medicals, pilot medicals, health surveillance for toxic substances are all available under the one roof at The Health Advantage.
